How gay Superman can be..

I've received an e-mail about Superman from my cousin quite a while ago. And you know, there will be a handful of people somewhere in the world who would poke fun at things which have already gained popularity.

Superman the movie would be a good example. And the focus of this post would be on this. Ever seen Superman dressed so gay that you have never imagined or picture in your mind before?

Try this, I mean them.

Superman : Ballerina.

Hello Kitty Superman.

Superman : High Heels and Hand Bag Promo, 90% off!

大长今

Is this 小叮挡 or just a clown?

Mini-skirt!

Winnie the Pooh!

P.S I'm sorry if I have offended any Winnie the Pooh fans or lovers. But it's cool right? Having a hero and a cartoon character all-in-one.

It's like buy one get one free. Worth it right?

Work...Extra Lessons

Ha. I decided to have that as the title cause it was interesting to remember.

Alexandria, she reminded me to pay team fund for at least 5 times. We'll do the actual counting in just a while. I was excused cause I wasn't there when she reminded the rest, so I managed to get away this time. However, I don't think there would be a next cause she's now a very careful person. I can't get away with it.

Let's get the story going. So after service yesterday, it was a train ride home with her and..

1. She reminded to me to pay team fund in church.
2. She did it again while walking to the MRT Stn. Well, Deny was there too.
3. It was once more in Douby Ghaut MRT Stn.
4. Another time in the train to City Hall.
5. History repeated itself when alighting to the East West Line Platform.
6. Boarded the train for East West Line, okay this time don't have.
6. I remembered there were to other times she reminded me, can't remember what stn were they.

So total : 7 times.

This shows that how serious she treats her work. She deserves to be complimented for her commitment and seriousness. Well, at least she didn't do so today in school cause I went up to her and..

Yeah, I know. Team Fund. I know

And she's a very healthy person. Mr Bean stores with those Cholesterol Free, Fat Free stuff. Ha.

Yeah. So I had to stay back after E Maths test today for smth that we weren't told about and only would know at 4.30.

So I was fed up. Why can't the thing start earlier? I have to wait for like 45 mins after test for that thing and it would last half an hour.

So it turned out to be.. EXTRA LESSONS.

We learnt Kinematics. A chapter would be taught soon in E Maths. And this lady probably from Ace-learning or a trainee teacher taught us that chapter. Quite easy to understand and could get hold of the concept easily. Involves calculating acceleration, gradient of line, but it's different from physics. Much simpler than physics.

We all had a great laugh when Terence got influenced by Yong Jie's theory and came out his own for that chapter:

So you see, the graph, when the car remains stationary, the wouldn't be anything on the graph. so the theory is Speed over time = An Invisible Line Graph.

You'll get the joke when you learn the chapter.

Reflective Thoughts

Today's TK's Golden Run and yeah, at first everyone agreed to walk. But in the end they pangsehed me and ran. So bo bian, I ran too. 5 km was kind of dumb. But since you've started, why not just complete it and get it over and done with?

I managed to jog a distance with Mr Pang. Couldn't maintain cause I had gastrics, didn't eat enough for breakfast. And Mrs Tan, refering to the chem teacher, woah, she's darn fit. She overtook me at first but caught up with her while running with Justin. Justin's a good companion. Way to go!

There's Mr Pang, holding the laminated poster which he got for the class and wrote on it. Wonder who has the poster now and I'm sure that person had the honour of bringing it home and admiring it for the next one day or so before bringing it to school.

He specially got that for 3C and on it were his sincere and honest feelings which was expressed through words. The heading " Dreams " says it all. Well, Mr Pang, I will call you out for coffee one day. Hope you don't mind me bringing my physics stuff along. Ha.
__________________________________________________________________
Went for Heart To Heart with Pastors after that.

Well, I don't feel like saying much about that here. Some things are not meant to be disclosed so I rather it be kept with me.

2 Timothy 4 : 7
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

I hope that I would be able to say that on my deathbed in hopefully at least in 80 years time. By then I would be able to tell myself that I have put up a good fight, fighting along and running this race with leaders and with pastors.

And most importantly, I've kept my faith.

Without Him I'm nothing.
But With Him,
I'm Everything.

Bottoms Up!

So here I am again. On the blogging spree once again. I just hate it when someone who has entered my life has to leave. It just feels so weird. Mr Pang has not officially left TK only after tmr's Golden Run. And we'll run with him!

I was given the gift of emotions by God. I cry when most guys don't. Well, everyone has feelings. I cried on the last day of kindergarten. I cried when a trainee teacher left in P2. I cried when I had problems and no one to talk to. I cry.

In this world, it's filled with cheaters, hypocrites, murderers, perverts.. Well, this is a fallen world. However, not everyone is like that, don't you agree?

Sometimes it's kind of hard to differentiate the good and the bad, only until you have experiences with them and then you would be able to conclude whether they're good or bad. Some cases are unexpected, if you know what I mean.

Some people would say, you know, " Roderick, you just being too sensitive. Come on. "

Then I'll reply you, " Don't tell me your life's so perfect. "

And then in life you would meet some dumba**es that really piss you off and making you feel so troubled. Just giving you a clearer example : Your dumba** PE teacher forces you to run 5km solo. Well, I wasn't in this situation but quite a lot of people know about this. So I don't need to say much.

But what can you do? Nth much right? In school it's just like a power struggle between students and teachers. Students just wanna overthrow the teachers, but teachers still have the upper hand in the end. We're all at a disadvantage. Sometimes schools say that they would give students a chance to voice out and make a stand. Since when is that ever true?

I've actually learnt today that teachers actually do gossip and make accusations and spread them around. Aren't they suppose to be role models, setting a good example for students to follow? The teacher that I'm talking about her is a female, an old hag. That shows how aunties actually can gossip. So this ain't groundless accusations on my part.

Well, I just want to see justice being carried out. But like I said, we students are at a disadvantage. We can't do anything, so we end up suffering in silence all the time. Of course, there are wonderful and fantastic teachers, like Mr Tchen. Don't you girls agree with me?!

Sigh. Injustice.

People who are feeling troubled out there, hang on yah? If you're gonna give up just like that, I'm gonna kick you in the head. HAA. Just joking.

Bottoms Up!

X-Men and the leaving of..

This is a funny video of X-Men. This is really gay and please watch it. Ha.

Youtube is becoming a search engine for funny videos. P2P TV is already popular and most people actually watched the World Cup 2006 on P2P TV without having to suscribe for Starhub's Cable TV and the quality can already be on par with the Cable TV. That's if your internet connection is steady.

All these shows that technology will result in Starhub losing their customers for Cable TV but some still do suscribe to them cause it's much more convenient.
Anyway, today is Mr Pang's last day teaching 3C for physics. All 3C people will know him, but not too sure for 3A.

I'm so proud to say that Mr Pang lives 3 blocks away from me. HAHAHA. 3 BLOCKS! He even asked me:

Mr Pang: Someday let's meet up and have coffee at the 24-hour coffeeshop. My TREAT!

Yeah. Lenny was there also. So it's like he's gonna treat the 3 of us, including Yong Quan. Yeah, maybe we should have a class gathering at the coffeshop. Ha. One cup of coffee is about 60 cents. Taking an average of 40 people if going, then it would be $24. Ha. $24 on 40 cups of coffee. The coffeeshop lady would be pleased to serve us.

Imagine if we went to Starbucks or Coffee Bean instead. That would be a hole in Mr Pang's pocket.

Ahhh, Mr Pang, why must you leave?!

Dumb Chinese

I might be a Chinese, but I shall make my stand here that being a Chinese doesn't make me like Chinese.

Especially when my "teacher" is from China.

Giving us Ting Xie every now and then.

Now I have 60++ words to learn - Total of more than 200++ characters.

I rather learn Malay, seriously.

Cope

Today marks the first day of me doing my first COPE service.

It's actually fun being there even there you would be with the elderly. Every single one of them had smiles on their faces. But except for one ocassion. Went with Nicholas, Rachel, Lim Pon, Bao Xian, Si Hui and Jing Mei.

Miss Kwong gave me a little briefing on what's gonna happen before PE lesson, so at least I know what to expect and what I had to do. It was then I got to know that the elderly there liked playing the " Spot-the-difference " game. I had a taste of it at the centre before leaving to the hall to help them in the game.

From body shape to things in the rubbish bin in the picture to shapes of the water wave, you have to screen your eyes and try to spot as many as possble. There was even a difference in the amount of noodles on the plate.

This picture depicting an elderly was very well drawn.

The elderly there were definitely friendly. Ha. But there was one problem with the Spot-the-difference game. Some of them complained about the difference in the picture was too small that their eyes were tired. Some of them have poor vision so they had the specs on. I even saw one eldery whose area around the eyes turned red.

We were suppose to teach them chinese, however, there was a teacher there so we just went around seeing if any of them needed help. Nvr look down on them. I tell ya, their handwriting are better than most of us! Neat and nice, unlike mine

There's Miss Lim the teacher, with her cane.

She punished Nicholas. Go ask him what she did.

Before I went out there was the hand thing at the entrance-exit and I actually found one that fits me very well!

COPE is fun!

I am a Singaporean

Inspired by the version made my Mr Brown, I've decided to come up with my very own version of:

I am a Singaporean.

I'm a Secondary 3 student going through what what every student has to. In primary school, studies wasn't my top priority. I was one of those nerds who would study everyday. However, I managed to maintain my standard being in the 1st class in Pri 3 and 2nd best class for Pri 4 -6. I used to top my Maths AG class for tests. Not boasting, cause it was my best subject.

I used to play soccer and badminton everyday then. It all came down to one thing : I didn't had any goals or dreams to live for. I was the goalkeeper then. Getting rammed day after day during recess and after school. As a result, my legs had muscles and didn't have the right shape that any other guy would have. I'm proud of it, including my leg hair too.

I continued to piss my teacher off everyday. Just by playing soccer after school and during recess every single day. It was already a routine. It was easy in those days. 2 legs and a ball, you'll have a teacher coming after you. So this made our jobs pretty easy back then.

One thing I would like the MOE to take into a look at, is ART. I couldn't draw well since primary school. I even had to get my mum to help me. So, I managed to clinch a reasonable B. That proves that my mum draws well. Drawing stick figure was that best I could go, I can't even colour well.

This went on till Secondary school. I hate talking about art, but I have to make my stand. Art was counted as a subject alone and it's counted in the average. I was really furious on how unfair this was. But what to do, I can't go against the government at this age and lead a strike. My future would be ruined. I only managed to pass borderline and scraped through that and got promoted to Sec 2.

This was even worse. I started failing art even during streaming. Thank God I got promoted to a good class of my choice.

In this very society we teenagers face accusations by grouchy aunties, saying that we're rude, impolite, through the actions that we have like bus rides. Going to school every morning are what we students do and most of us take public transport. If you aunties don't like having to squeeze into the bus with us, I suggest you take taxi so as to make our bus rides more pleasant. I'm truely disgusted by you aunties for raising your voices early in the morning at us. You all don't deserve any respect from us.

Aunties who block my way when I'm rushing to board the train, you all are a bunch of a**es.

I see reports on Yahoo! Travel about Singapore, giving its convenience top rated, but saying that we aren't friendly enough. All Singaporeans are busy all the time, so we hardly have any time to bother about you tourists. Besides, when you ask for direction, we got tell you right? If you pick the wrong guy then not our fault mah. You blind what.

I believe that one day Singapore would be taking part in the World Cup..

I'm hoping for taxi fares to reduce cause it's unfair to us.

I'm having faith that there would be a new law created regarding our freedom. Parents get arrested for limiting our freedom!

I have a unique name which people could not guess correctly until I tell them. Someone even guessed that my name was Andrew. My name starts with R not A, and it's Roderick.

And I'm proud to be a Singaporean ( Not really. Only until they have that new law )

So say we all.

So say we all.

Fire Conference & SYF 206

Okay, I know I've not been updating for quite a while. Didn't have much time to. Every single day there are many things to complete and do.

Things that happened for the past few days were School, School and more School. Tk band won the Band of the Year award on the 1st of July at the National Stadium.

Before that was the Fire Conference at the National Indoor Stadium. Just hours before the competition started. Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke preached throughout the whole thing. Sad part was we didn't get to go for the Youth Rally part cause the competition would have started by then.

I don't really have much time for this post. So the photos posted would be random. Ha

KS. Former TKsian.

Leon with his suprised smile. Ha

Ming Rong. Ha.

Kai Liang. If you've been hit by a newspaper, you know who to find.

That's all I'm gonna post for the moment. There's more, but I just don't have the time to edit them and post them here. Ha.

There's gonna be a lesson for some english lit thing at different areas of the school. Heard that it's so boring that some of them actually slept. I'm looking forward to it now. Just to see if I would fall asleep. Ha. What a nice way to be excited for something that's upcoming. =)
